Gordana Bekčić is a principal of Security Communications, a boutique consulting agency focused on PR and communication business.

Gordana has worked with various employers and clients, from international organizations, governmental institutions, bilateral donors, local authorities, small and medium-sized civil society organizations to business clients, helping their leaders and teams to improve and strategize their communication and visibility.

With extensive experience in areas such as public administration, civil society, culture, gender issues and intercultural communications, and driven by idea to consult and assist clients in Serbia and the region, Gordana opened her consulting agency in 2016. Since then she has been working on various projects and with different clients. To secure the highest level of professionalism, Gordana has developed a network of skilled associates, as needed, to deliver PR and communication services that meet the entire spectrum of public relations and communications needs.

She has a bachelor degree in Serbian Language and Literature & General Literature, Specialization in Gender and Cultural Studies, MA and PhD in USA Studies. She is a permanent lecturer at the National Academy of Public Administration, member of the Association of Management Consultants of Serbia, member of the Serbian Public Relation Society DSOJ, member of the Serbian Association of Employers (SAE).

Gordana authored a book that looks into the revolutionary aspects of American statehood and has written numerous articles related to literature, theater, culture, political science and the media.
